1 on 1 & Small Group Training

To build a strong foundation for your customized exercise and health plan, it is important to understand your goals, your challenges and your body.

As your personal trainer, our relationship will begin by completing a full assessment of your current health as well as reviewing your medical history.

Together we will design a roadmap to your health improvement as well as create benchmarks by which your progress can be measured.

Prior to every personal training session, I’ll devise a written plan for your workout. Within the timeframe of your session, we will be 100% focused on executing the strategy developed to give you optimal results.

Each week, I’ll assess your progress and help you set weekly goals laying out the stepping stones towards an improved you.


Maximum 10 participants

Sotak recently launched ‘Amplify,’ a group workout that incorporates strength training and dance in a class type setting. By combining full body strength movements such as squats, deadlifts, planks, presses and pulls with high intensity cardio dance including hip-hop, cabaret, disco, and oldies style, this music pumping, body-jamming experience is sure to be a favorite amongst any fitness and dance enthusiast. All levels of experience are welcome! 

Amplify runs every Wednesday at 7pm at Saturday at 12pm at HiFi Fitness, River North.
